Customer Service Director

DXP Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the inside sales team, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing price quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the profit and loss of the facility
- Supervise the inside sales team to ensure excellent customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Prepare price quotes and source products
- Support the outside sales team to drive business growth
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial distribution of industrial pumps and rotating equipment
- 3 years of management experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong people skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Outlook, basic Excel, and ERP software experience
- Self-motivated and effective team leader
