Customer Service Representative

The Customer Care Center Associate plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting banking products and services. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information about banking products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Promote banking products and services to customers, identifying cross-selling opportunities and providing recommendations to meet their financial needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
