Job Overview

Position: Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Hanover, MD


Role Summary:
The Swift Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in recruiting and staffing within the Intelligence Community (IC). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle, particularly for polygraph-cleared candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for cleared positions up to the polygraph level.
  • Specialize in sourcing candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Acquisition Professionals, Intelligence Analysts, and Network Analysts.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior management to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Conduct negotiations for job offers and manage the full recruitment process.
  • Utilize various resume templates to assist candidates in presenting their qualifications.
  • Participate in subcontractor meetings as necessary.
  • Leverage ATS/CRM systems for tracking candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Exhibit strong documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Engage in career fairs and employ innovative outreach strategies to attract candidates.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active security clearance or the capability to obtain one (not mandatory).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in supporting Business Development initiatives, including proposal work and participation in industry events.
