Role Summary:
The Swift Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in sourcing and staffing for the Intelligence Community (IC). The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle, particularly for candidates with polygraph clearances. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while also demonstrating independence in recruitment efforts.


Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for cleared positions up to the polygraph level.
  • Proven track record in hiring candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Acquisition Professionals, Intelligence Analysts, and Network Analysts.
  • Experience in engaging with senior management on recruitment strategies.
  • Proficient in conducting offer negotiations and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong resume writing skills with familiarity in various templates.
  • Ability to participate in subcontractor meetings.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems is essential.
  • Exceptional documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in attending career fairs and utilizing creative outreach methods to attract candidates.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active security clearance or the capability to obtain one (not mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in supporting Business Development initiatives, including proposal work and participation in industry events.
