Role Summary

The Director of Talent Acquisition will serve as the primary representative of Vantaca for prospective candidates. Core Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative Talent Acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates across various disciplines using diverse sourcing tools.

  • Manage multiple complex recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential candidates through various channels, including professional networks and community events.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop accurate recruitment forecasts and stay informed on departmental vacancy trends.
  • Define candidate qualifications by creating tailored screening criteria for each position.
  • Evaluate candidates thoroughly through screening and interviews to assess their fit for the organization.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Work with the People + Culture team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain data integrity by accurately entering recruitment information into HRIS databases.
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics and reports as needed.
  • Enhance Vantaca's employer brand by networking with local leaders and associations.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Master's degree or MBA is advantageous due to the high level of business acumen required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment for professional and management-level positions.
  • Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Paylocity.
