Role Summary:
The Swift Group is seeking a highly organized and skilled Technical Recruiter with a robust background in recruiting and staffing within the Intelligence Community (IC). The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the complete life cycle of recruiting, particularly for polygraph-cleared candidates within the IC. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while also demonstrating independence in recruitment efforts.


Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for cleared positions up to the polygraph level, specifically in the Fort Meade, MD area.
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Acquisition Professionals, Intelligence Analysts, and Network Analysts.
  • Ability to engage with senior management regularly.
  • Experience in conducting offer negotiations and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in resume writing across various templates.
  • Willingness to participate in subcontractor meetings.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
  • Strong documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in attending career fairs and utilizing innovative outreach strategies to attract candidates.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active security clearance or the capability to obtain one (not mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in supporting Business Development initiatives, including proposal work and participation in relevant events.
