We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at The Antigua Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, recruitment, and onboarding functions.
Key Responsibilities- Process hires and terminations within the Paylocity HRIS system
- Manage the New Hiring Orientation and Safety training processes
- Support the communication blasts sent to employees
- Support the maintenance of the Self-Service Portal
- Set up online training on the Mineral system
- Update various Safety logs
- Manage callouts in Daily Chats and employee attendance changes
- Assist with the coordination of special events for employees and the company
- A PHR Certification is preferred but not required
- Minimum of three years' experience working in a human resources support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience or knowledge of using the Paylocity and Mineral systems is preferred
- Knowledge of laws governing human resources, safety, and recruitment practices is essential
- Ability to work well with others and possess superior verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using TEAMS, Microsoft Word, and Excel is necessary
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Work Shift: Saturday 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5:00 pm
