Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at The Antigua Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, recruitment, and onboarding functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process hires and terminations within the Paylocity HRIS system
  • Manage the New Hiring Orientation and Safety training processes
  • Support the communication blasts sent to employees
  • Support the maintenance of the Self-Service Portal
  • Set up online training on the Mineral system
  • Update various Safety logs
  • Manage callouts in Daily Chats and employee attendance changes
  • Assist with the coordination of special events for employees and the company
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A PHR Certification is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of three years' experience working in a human resources support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience or knowledge of using the Paylocity and Mineral systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of laws governing human resources, safety, and recruitment practices is essential
  • Ability to work well with others and possess superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using TEAMS, Microsoft Word, and Excel is necessary
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Work Environment

Work Shift: Saturday 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5:00 pm
