Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Relationship Managers in providing sales support, including pipeline accuracy, call preparation, and client contact strategy.
  • Support the sales process and portfolio growth through recognition of referral opportunities and expert-level working knowledge of products and services.
  • Provide superior client service, taking ownership of client needs, problems, and requests, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Assist in general servicing of Commercial loans, deposits, and fee services, including account opening, report preparation, and payment processing.
  • Monitor reporting and escalate as needed to ensure accurate client assignment and account data.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education and related training.
  • Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Two years of experience in a CCS role or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently.
  • Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
