We are looking for a motivated Provider Performance Manager to join our Provider Operations team. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in enhancing provider operational effectiveness by identifying areas for improvement, crafting effective strategies, and facilitating comprehensive provider education and performance management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about utilizing data to empower providers through targeted training, strategic interventions, and superior practice support. A thorough understanding of Spring Health's provider experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence and provider quality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a premier operational performance management program.
  • Assess and enhance provider performance against established administrative and operational benchmarks.
  • Create and execute milestone-based training plans for our network, ensuring effective training implementation and oversight.
  • Influence product development to maximize provider performance.
  • Establish effective communication channels to identify and resolve provider operational challenges in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop strategies to address performance issues throughout the provider lifecycle, including Clinical Recruiting, Onboarding, annual retraining, product launches, and more.
  • Conduct impactful provider training to close performance gaps.
  • Maintain comprehensive policy documentation in line with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Success Metrics:

  • Demonstrate measurable improvements in operational quality metrics.
  • Contribute to reducing provider onboarding completion times without compromising provider quality.
  • Launch and refine new training strategies with high completion rates.
  • Receive positive feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Spring Health platforms and operational processes, especially as these systems evolve.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role; experience in program design or project management is advantageous.
  • Proven enthusiasm and capability in developing new programs from the ground up.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and polished presentation skills.
  • Experience in reporting and data analytics.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating eagerness to learn and adapt to change.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • A thoughtful and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated humility, resourcefulness, ambition, and professionalism.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Looker, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.

The target base salary range for this position is $97,325 - $114,500, which is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee compensation programs annually to ensure competitive and fair pay.
