We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth for our media and sports clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth for our media and sports clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to customers on how to leverage Hootsuite's products and services to achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews (EBRs) to senior-level executives, highlighting key customer successes and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of the media and sports industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex customer data and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Experience with customer success software, CRM systems, and Google Applications is a plus.
