About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth through strategic account planning, proactive issue resolution, and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their technical and business objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks, providing strategic guidance on MongoDB best practices, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer-facing roles, technical acumen, and a passion for driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer growth and satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, providing strategic guidance on MongoDB best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success, including Sales, Professional Services, and Product Engineering
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including running enablement sessions and advising on strategies to optimize their technical environment
  • Collect feedback and identify roadblocks from customers to inform internal teams on how to build a stronger product and go-to-market organization
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in technical account management or customer success
  • Technical acumen and a passion for driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and ability to create and teach best practices, new processes, and enablement to the broader organization
