Job Title: Strategic Customer Success Manager, Media and Sports

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Hootsuite. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth for our media and sports clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value media and sports clients, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure their success with Hootsuite.
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of the media and sports industries, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
