Job Description

Compass Group USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Credit Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in credit analysis and work closely with our experienced team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify accounts receivable information from contracts and load into our enterprise resource planning system.
  • Monitor units that are on written repayment plans and perform maintenance within our accounts receivable system.
  • Work with our operations team regarding uncollectable amounts and provide accounts receivable data to field staff upon request.
  • Assist with billing reconciliations and work closely with our accounting team regarding accounts receivable issues.
  • Prepare journal entries as needed and assist with special projects and tasks assigned by our team.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Access.

  • Demonstrate awareness, understanding, and skills vital to work in a diverse environment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our team.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and curious, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing factors and conditions.
