Pharmacist Clinical PRN Job Summary

At AH Rocky Mountain, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of pharmacy. As a Clinical Pharmacist PRN, you'll play a vital role in our team, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and execute provider orders and prescriptions, adhering to regulatory guidelines and professional standards.
  • Consult with patients and healthcare workers regarding medication use and potential interactions.
  • Provide accurate and timely drug information to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise and direct pharmacy technicians and supporting staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
  • Demonstrate clinical expertise and professional judgment in advising patients and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Science in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Doctorate.
  • Active Pharmacist license in CO.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
  • Completion of a residency program in pharmacy.
