Requirements:

  • Florida Pharmacy Technician License or Medical Technician Certification is mandatory.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility is essential.
  • Experience with Sales Force is advantageous.
  • A vehicle will be provided; the territory includes various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with current clients to foster and maintain positive relationships.
  • Conduct check-ins for cycle medications at specified facilities.
  • Educate staff on updates regarding medication orders.
  • Serve as a liaison with pharmacy operations to ensure high service levels, addressing all service-related concerns until resolved.
  • Respond promptly to emerging customer issues.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a knowledgeable advisor to promote problem-solving and ensure customer retention.
  • Understand Medication Observation Record documentation to assist facilities with feedback on discrepancies.
  • Report customer service issues to your immediate supervisor.
  • Complete daily activity reports for your supervisor.
  • Communicate daily with supervisors to outline the agenda.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes by generating problem tickets.
  • Respond courteously to customer inquiries via calls and emails, routing them appropriately.
  • Update marketing materials at sites.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy teams to gather census updates.
  • Document returns for timely credits and inventory adjustments.
  • Cross-sell Guardian services to potential clients when opportunities arise.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Driver's license is necessary.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; an advanced degree may substitute for experience.
  • Proficient computer skills; experience with pharmacy operations systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Quality-focused with a motivation to identify and rectify errors.
  • Excellent customer relations skills and the ability to cultivate strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in long-term care pharmacy or institutional patient care settings is beneficial.

Work Environment:
  • Requires travel by ground.
