Job Summary

Hart Medical Equipment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive ecommerce growth and optimize digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, developing high-quality marketing collateral, and identifying new opportunities to support overall company growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize ecommerce growth by enhancing SEO and managing paid search campaigns.
  • Design and implement targeted social media and email marketing initiatives to drive ecommerce revenue.
  • Develop and oversee print and direct mail campaigns to complement digital marketing efforts.
  • Create and schedule email campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
  • Maintain and update product pages, including imagery and descriptions, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and optimize landing pages for promotions, categories, and partnerships to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with vendors and print shops to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with our brand.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics, report on KPIs, and recommend strategies to improve our digital presence.
  • Conduct research to identify new products, services, and strategy opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Manage PPC ad campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Bing Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Support the addition of new products to our website and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Participate in special projects related to ecommerce, digital marketing, and other digital strategies to drive business growth.
  • Stay informed on the latest marketing techniques, best practices, and innovations to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • A degree in business, technology, and/or marketing related field preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the DME industry, services, and operations preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Customer service orientation and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiencies
  • PPC management, email marketing, social media marketing, web analytics, and graphic design software.
  • Landing page and website development, direct mail and print production, and basic PC/desktop support.
Language Skills

Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using a calculator.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
