Job Summary

The Program Manager II plays a critical role in the management of pre-award and post-award grant and contract administration at the Clinical Neurosciences Research Center. This position is responsible for maintaining post-award grants and contracts, providing logistic support to faculty, and managing office operating expenses, faculty-sponsored project orders, invoice payments, and travel reconciliations. Additionally, the Program Manager II serves as the RASU point of contact, facilitates new faculty recruitment and hiring, and manages graduate assistants and student workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain post-award grants and contracts activities
  • Provide logistic support to faculty
  • Manage office operating expenses, faculty-sponsored project orders, invoice payments, and travel reconciliations
  • Serve as the RASU point of contact

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience or a High School Diploma/equivalent and 7 years of work experience. A Master's Degree and/or experience in an academic setting are preferred.
