Program Manager II

The Program Manager II plays a critical role in the administration of grants and contracts at the Clinical Neurosciences Research Center. This position is responsible for managing post-award activities, providing logistical support to faculty, and maintaining office operating expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and order office operating expenses, faculty-sponsored project orders, invoice payments, and travel reconciliations.
  • Provide logistical support to faculty, including management of graduate assistants and student workers.
  • Develop and maintain electronic newsletters and manage sponsored project database tracking.
  • Assist with new faculty recruitment and hiring, ASTMH event planning, and weekly seminar catering.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience or High School Diploma/equivalent and 7 years of work experience.
  • Master's Degree and/or experience in an academic setting is preferred.
