Microsoft Office Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Office Support Specialist to join our team at CKA, LLC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing technical support and training for Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Word.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support for Microsoft Office applications, including basic to advanced level assistance.
- Assist customers with using peripherals and hardware, such as scanners, wide format printers, and removable media.
- Maintain computer equipment for customer checkout, including projectors, digital cameras, and video cameras.
- Develop, update, and revise user guides to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Research new hardware and software to meet customers' requirements.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Technical understanding of devices, including printers and plotters.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Adobe knowledge, Public Trust clearance, and Microsoft Office certification.
