Job Summary

The IT Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our organization's computer systems and networks. As the first point of contact for technical support, this position requires strong communication skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Configure and deploy desktop workstations, laptops, and other organizational devices
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, and policies using Active Directory
  • Perform network administration tasks, including managing accounts, modifying profiles, recovering passwords, and data management
  • Collaborate with higher-level support teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a help desk, IT support, or similar customer service role
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and network products
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, network administration, and basic network troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of IT-related problems efficiently
Work Environment

The IT Specialist will work in a hybrid setting, combining both telework and on-site responsibilities. The role requires working in an office environment that includes standard office equipment and facilities.
