Position Overview: We are in search of a Chief Executive Officer for Harsha Recovery Center (HRC), a new 90-bed residential treatment facility. HRC will focus on detoxification and residential recovery programs for individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

Role Summary: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will act as the principal leader responsible for managing the administration, programs, and strategic vision of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Supervise fiscal operations, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and sustaining the financial integrity of the organization.
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee recruitment efforts to fulfill staffing requirements, ensure adherence to HR policies, and support staff development through training and performance evaluations.
  • Service Delivery: Monitor the provision and documentation of care, address client feedback, and ensure compliance with all admission and discharge protocols.
  • Risk Management: Implement safety protocols, monitor incident reports, and ensure that medication management adheres to professional standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and ensure compliance with corporate and accrediting body requirements.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of the physical environment, coordinating repairs and improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • A minimum of five years of senior management experience.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible schedule to accommodate diverse client needs.
