As the Clinical Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in spearheading and managing clinical performance initiatives throughout the organization. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of patient care, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, streamlining clinical workflows, and leading performance enhancement projects. You will collaborate closely with clinical teams, healthcare professionals, and senior management to guarantee that clinical services are delivered efficiently and effectively, aligning with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license in good standing in the state of employment, with insurability by the designated carrier, as driving for company purposes is required. Travel of at least 20% is necessary for site visits, meetings, and conferences.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Addiction Counseling, or a related field.
- Clinical License relevant to the Master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in treating individuals with substance use disorders is preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates with counseling and documentation experience following payer guidelines.
- Experience in clinical chart audits is highly desirable.
- Preferred experience in developing and facilitating training for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with clinical program requirements in accordance with state and federal laws and payer standards.
- Monitor clinical records to guarantee quality, timeliness, accuracy of documentation, and confidentiality.
- Participate in clinical team meetings and other assigned gatherings.
- Complete all required training courses in a timely manner.
- Provide education and training to promote clinical excellence.
- Ensure that forms in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) meet applicable standards and collaborate with IT on EHR form development.
- Support the accreditation process, including scheduling and corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee the outcomes process, ensuring data collection and integrity across all levels of care.
- Develop training materials and a calendar to support ongoing clinical excellence, ensuring the relevance of training content based on performance outcomes derived from data.
- Establish, implement, and maintain quality improvement standards, systems, policies, and procedures as needed.
- Act as a resource for providers to address issues related to service quality.
- Assist the corporate Chief Clinical Officer with special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required.
