Patient Access Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Coordinator to join our team at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center. As a key member of our clinical access team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient registration and access to our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient service and support to patients and families
- Act as a mentor and trainer for new registration staff
- Schedule appointments and manage patient recalls
- Manage incoming and outgoing messages and create telephone encounters as needed
- Verify insurance and maintain accurate records
- At least two years of experience in healthcare and/or with MassHealth insurances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with technology, including Windows, Epic, and Workday
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
- Competitive pay range: $19.55 - $29.33 per hour
