Job Title: Behavioral Health Access and Assessment Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Access and Assessment Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. This role will play a critical part in our efforts to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex behavioral health needs.

As a Behavioral Health Access and Assessment Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, identifying barriers to care, and developing strategies to ensure timely access to treatment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate with patients and families, and provide education and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and identify barriers to care
  • Develop strategies to ensure timely access to treatment
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team
  • Communicate with patients and families
  • Provide education and support
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Massachusetts
  • 5-year nurse leader experience in psychiatric setting
  • Experience with inpatient behavioral health assessment and service coordination
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
