Job Title: Patient Services Coordinator II

Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Coordinator II to join our team at Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital program. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and service to our patients, families, and staff.

Job Summary:

The Patient Services Coordinator II will serve as a critical member of our team, providing a high level of customer service and support to patients, families, and staff. This role will involve managing patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service to patients, families, and staff.
  • Manage patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our clinical team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless communication and care.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a highly clinically customer service focused role.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:

This role will be based in our office/ambulatory care setting, with some work performed remotely. The primary location will be at Massachusetts General Hospital, One Constitution Center, Charlestown, MA 02129.
