Job Opportunity

Teri Larocca - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team as an Account Representative. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
  • Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads and scheduling appointments to drive business growth.
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to success, driving results-oriented performance.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, demonstrating a strong ability to drive results.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.
  • People-oriented, self-motivated, and proud of delivering high-quality work accurately and timely.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) and Personal Lines Licenses (must have currently).
