Job Summary

This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance with product and service inquiries. The successful candidate will maintain accurate documentation, process accounts, and ensure timely services. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Insight's programs, policies, and technology.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and process accounts via phone or email, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Verify and check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Liaise with the Sales Department and technicians to ensure seamless services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a series of exams as part of a New Hire Training Program.
  • Pass a drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate Degree.
  • Customer Service experience in a call center setting.
  • Experience in marketing or sales.
Working Conditions
