**The Role:**
As our Sous Chef Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of back-of-house operations, including menu planning, inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen safety. You will lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service. Your expertise in butchering and portion control will be essential in maintaining our high-quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a high-performing culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and labor costs.
