Salary RangeWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs an Executive Chef - Kitchen Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Training and developing chefs to company standards, ensuring seamless kitchen operations
- Creating new dishes and menus that align with business needs and exceed customer expectations
- Anticipating ingredient needs and arranging re-stocking accordingly, maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Ensuring a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards, promoting efficiency and quality control
- Providing reliable transportation to maintain timely attendance and adherence to schedules
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Experience working as a sous chef or chef, with a proven track record of success in high-volume kitchens
- High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines (including knife skills and cleaning protocols)
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed, fostering a positive team environment
- Adaptability to high traffic and kitchen volume, with a focus on maintaining composure under pressure
