Job Description

As an Executive Chef - Kitchen Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Training and developing chefs to company standards, ensuring seamless kitchen operations
  • Creating new dishes and menus that align with business needs and exceed customer expectations
  • Anticipating ingredient needs and arranging re-stocking accordingly, maintaining optimal inventory levels
  • Ensuring a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards, promoting efficiency and quality control
  • Providing reliable transportation to maintain timely attendance and adherence to schedules
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience working as a sous chef or chef, with a proven track record of success in high-volume kitchens
  • High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines (including knife skills and cleaning protocols)
  • Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed, fostering a positive team environment
  • Adaptability to high traffic and kitchen volume, with a focus on maintaining composure under pressure
