Learning and Development Senior Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Senior Manager to lead professional development programs for attorneys and business personnel. Based in our client's Washington, DC, office, this hybrid role will be responsible for designing and implementing diverse learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end project management for training programs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and events, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient experience for participants.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest learning trends and innovations, applying this knowledge to enhance our training programs.
- Assess training needs and oversee program evaluations, providing actionable insights to inform future development initiatives.
- Develop clear and compelling communications to promote learning initiatives, engaging stakeholders and driving participation.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree or certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in professional development, with a strong background in law firm experience.
- Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a passion for learning and development.
- Full-time position with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
$150,000-$175,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.
Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
