Senior Learning Specialist

Are you a skilled learning professional looking for a challenging opportunity? We have an exciting contract position available for a Senior Learning Specialist to join our client's team.
Job Summary:
This role supports the engineering implementation of Quality Learning Management programs and processes. As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining engineering learning for the engineering Training team on a High-Level Waste Facility (HLW) on the Waste Treatment Plant (WTP) Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain existing instructor-led training in PowerPoint and online learning developed in Articulate Storyline.
- Assess requests for new training, determine the appropriate learning solution, and develop training if needed.
- Administer the Project's Learning Management System (LMS), SuccessFactors, including building and updating course content, updating curriculum content, and troubleshooting user and course issues.
Requirements:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Science, IT) from an accredited university, or nine years' experience related to this described role.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written).
- Ability to read and follow procedures.
- Experience in full lifecycle ADDIE course development.
- Demonstrated experience with Articulate Storyline.
- US Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration.
- Previous experience with DOORS.
