About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Manager to join our team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC. As a Patient Care Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and concerns.
  • Educate patients about our innovative treatment options and provide guidance on how to access them.
  • Address questions and concerns about our treatment options and provide support throughout the patient journey.
  • Overcome objections and work with patients to schedule treatment appointments.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a related field.
  • Experience in roles such as orthopedic, dental, or vision offices, caregiver for children with disabilities, professional tutoring, personal coaching, or high-end restaurant service.
