About the Position:

Working closely with the Director of Environment & Sustainability, the Environmental Coordinator will be instrumental in advancing Heaven Hill Brands' Environmental Sustainability Strategy and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols. This role entails contributing to the assessment of performance across four key sustainability areas: efficient water management, reduction of carbon emissions, waste reduction, and conservation of ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and validate data related to essential sustainability metrics
  • Create reports to track progress and performance against established goals
  • Examine utility data for precision and emerging trends
  • Support alignment with ESG reporting frameworks
  • Ensure adherence to reporting obligations
  • Oversee annual GHG emissions verification
  • Assist in the development of Heaven Hill's Scope 3 emissions profile
  • Collaborate with various teams for thorough Sustainability reporting
  • Monitor sustainability guidelines and regulatory obligations
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least one year of related professional experience
  • Knowledge of GHG accounting and reporting standards
  • Strong skills in data management and analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a self-driven approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

Occasional standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds may be necessary.
