Position Overview: The HR Administrator will collaborate with the Employee Relations team to effectively manage and maintain comprehensive employee records. The role encompasses several key responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Phase 1 - Filing: Systematically organizing all personnel information and documentation.
- Phase 2 - Categorizing: Structuring files in various orders, grouping them by names, and creating organized records.
- Phase 3 - Data Entry: Accurately inputting personal information (such as name, employee ID, location, and document types) and digitizing documents into the electronic system.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in organizing employee records
- Experienced in data entry
- Knowledgeable in Human Resources practices
Job Type: This is a contract role with a duration of 1 month.
Work Environment: This position requires full on-site presence. The HR Administrator will report directly to the Employee Relations Specialist, with support from the HR Manager and Employee Relations Specialist as needed. The standard work schedule is from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
