Job Summary:

As a key member of the PeopleShare team, the HR/Payroll Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR and payroll functions. This role will assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for 4 dealerships, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Assist with HR tasks, including benefits administration and onboarding new employees

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or payroll administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
