Position Summary
We are looking for a Lead Security Operations Manager to join our dedicated Information Security team. In this role, you will oversee a team of security professionals responsible for implementing and monitoring security measures across various environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of security engineers and analysts, including recruitment, setting objectives, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Ensure the effective monitoring of company networks and infrastructure, addressing security support requests, and leading investigations into security incidents.
  • Develop and maintain security protocols, incident response plans, and operational procedures to enhance our security posture.
  • Drive proactive monitoring and reporting for security controls, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Oversee vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, coordinating remediation efforts for identified risks.
  • Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of security operations and continuously enhance monitoring and incident response processes.
  • Plan and execute security initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and reducing organizational risk.
  • Travel may be required for client engagements, up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in information security, with at least 7 years in a leadership capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related field is preferred.
  • A comprehensive understanding of information systems and security best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, or CISM are advantageous.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
