Currently, we are seeking a driven and customer-focused Program Manager (PM) to enhance our operations.
As a Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Program Manager and PMO support teams, playing a key role in supervising a team dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and cross-functional services. Your efforts will enhance the client's capacity to manage its mission authorities across various enterprise elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior program managers to ensure effective management of contractor efforts.
- Contribute directly to program initiatives, including cost management, performance tracking, risk assessment, and quality assurance.
- Oversee the successful execution of contracts, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Utilize strong communication skills to lead teams, report progress, address challenges, and review relevant documentation.
- Manage resource allocation (labor and budgets) and oversee financial reporting.
- Facilitate cross-discipline integration to meet governmental requirements.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment and training of program personnel, reviewing all financial and technical reports prior to submission.
- Communicate issues and resolutions to the Government Program Manager in a transparent and timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to all training, regulatory, and administrative requirements set forth by the contract.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with ten (10) years of experience in the Intelligence Community, focusing on operations, legal, or compliance. Alternatively, four (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
- Seven (7) years of experience as a program or project manager overseeing similar programs and contracts.
- Possession of a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.
- Experience managing multi-task/delivery order contracts and subcontracts of varying complexity, including leading in a multi-vendor environment.
- Familiarity with FAR and DFARS guidelines, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to quickly grasp customer objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of authorities and SIGINT processes, along with compliance-related policies and guidance.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must hold a TS/SCI w/poly.
