Job Description

As an Executive Culinary Trainer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our culinary team by teaching, coaching, and developing employees to their fullest potential.

The primary goal of this role is to facilitate the "On the Job" (OJT) training program, ensuring that all new recruits receive comprehensive training and guidance. You will be responsible for effective verbal and written communication with Managers and team members, instructing training classrooms, attending quarterly meetings, facilitating workshops, and updating all team members on new training materials.

Responsibilities
  • To teach and coach employees to achieve their full potential as part of the Brechtel Hospitality Team.
  • To design and deliver training programs to ensure that all new recruits are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • To provide regular feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance and develop their skills.
  • To collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [2-5] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in culinary arts and excellent cooking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
