Position Overview

The CORIX Group of Companies is seeking a Customer Experience Representative. This role involves responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels while adhering to established protocols.

The representative will utilize a computer system to document questions and answers, as well as process orders, and will provide written responses using standard templates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls, addressing billing and service inquiries.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests and complaints via phone, email, or written correspondence; escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Review and manage customer communications.
  • Document and take ownership of customer complaints to facilitate effective resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and service teams to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage service disconnections due to non-payment, creating payment plans in line with regulations.
  • Guide customers in making payments through the designated online platform.
  • Process service initiation and termination requests.
  • Review accounts and take appropriate actions to collect outstanding debts.
  • Apply relevant tariffs and regulatory requirements as necessary.
  • Assist with account adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years in customer service.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Experience in a contact center environment and familiarity with customer service concepts and practices.
Work Environment

This role involves light to moderate physical activity and requires normal hearing and vision capabilities.
