As a successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential clients.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail or sales environments.

  • Excellent listening abilities and organizational skills.
  • The capacity to remain seated for extended periods (4 hours or more).
  • The ability to focus on a computer screen for prolonged durations (4 hours or more).
  • The capability to perform under pressure while delivering high-quality work.
