As the initial point of contact at VCA, the Customer Care Specialist plays a crucial role in establishing the practice's atmosphere, fostering trust and confidence among our clientele.

This position is essential to the smooth operation of the hospital and encompasses:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and their pets, managing phone inquiries, and directing them to examination areas.
  • Organizing and confirming appointments efficiently.
  • Conducting follow-up calls and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Clearly communicating fees and processing payments.
  • Advising clients on product and service options, including prescriptions.
  • Providing information on general pet care and wellness.
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, both inside and out.
