Job Overview

Joseph J Magnolia is in search of a dedicated Plumbing In-Home Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be a skilled plumbing technician who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their plumbing concerns and available services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-home assessments to identify customers' plumbing requirements and suggest appropriate services.
  • Offer precise quotes for plumbing services and products.
  • Inform clients about the advantages of different plumbing solutions and products.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to guarantee the timely and effective execution of projects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Plumbing Installation and Service is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales is required.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven dedication to providing high-quality solutions to residential clients.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Strong management, customer service, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing financial objectives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in customer service.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, personal accountability, and responsibility.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
