Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll in accordance with federal, state, and facility guidelines.
  • Ensure pay practices are documented and pay rates and programs are monitored.
  • Coordinate PIB (pay-in-lieu of benefits) process and verify employee enrollment in benefit plans.
  • Post required state and federal posters in designated locations.
  • Review employee time and attendance reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR department.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for college-level courses in accounting or business.
  • Two years of experience in payroll or human resources.
