- Ensure pay practices are documented and pay rates and programs are monitored.
- Coordinate PIB (pay-in-lieu of benefits) process and verify employee enrollment in benefit plans.
- Post required state and federal posters in designated locations.
- Review employee time and attendance reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR department.
