Shift: Hybrid role - 3 days onsite required each week.

Job Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and innovative Scientific Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in steering our Strategic Operating Priorities.

The Scientific Project Coordinator will facilitate the formulation, planning, and implementation of the integrated Value and Implementation Plan (V&I) to enhance patient accessibility.

This position collaborates closely with global cross-functional leaders across various business sectors within our Company Research Labs and Human Health to ensure the smooth development, coordination, and execution of all facets of the V&I Plan.

This encompasses the aggregation and reporting of both internal and external insights, monitoring evidence-generating activities, and managing operational tasks for reimbursement/Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions and communications across diverse stakeholder groups to inform patient care.

The Coordinator is essential in partnering with value evidence generating teams, Medical Affairs, and multiple cross-functional V&I Teams to oversee deliverables related to insights, evidence, and communication as part of the V&I plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Prioritization

• Provide strategic insights to enhance operational excellence in the development and tactical execution of V&I plans.

• Align and prioritize plans through collaboration with key global and regional stakeholders.

• Lead the organization and execution of launch planning activities, including country surveys and strategic workshops.

• Oversee the planning, tracking, and delivery of essential components of reimbursement/HTA submission dossiers.

• Assist in preparing for Health Technology Assessment consultations in partnership with local affiliates and the cross-functional team.

Communication Management

• Direct planning efforts for internal global/regional team meetings, including agendas, decisions, and action items.

• Manage document repositories and systems utilized for information exchange with affiliates and internal/external collaborators.

• Facilitate interactions and communications with countries, ensuring key learnings are disseminated across markets and therapeutic areas; manage communication with alliance partners.

• Oversee the V&I portfolio, including Non-Interventional Studies, MISP, publications, etc.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams on planning deliverables related to scientific expert input and associated activities; work with alliance partners.

• Lead the planning and preparation for significant product development stage gate interactions with senior leadership.

• Coordinate medically significant activities requiring therapeutic area collaboration, including Regional and Local Data Generation study planning cycles.

Reporting and Tracking

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and value metrics for global and regional plans and reimbursement/HTA submission plans.

• Provide financial oversight and milestone tracking of V&I Plan aligned global/regional activities and projects.

Risk Management

• Manage Risks, Actions, Decisions, and Issues for the Value Evidence Generating, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional V&I Teams.

• Support internal and departmental processes and procedures, ensuring compliant execution of team activities and projects.

• Collaborate extensively and troubleshoot issues by offering potential resolutions with internal and external partners to ensure timely management and dissemination of V&I deliverables and reimbursement/HTA dossier components.
