Job Overview

Eshy Inc is seeking a skilled Business Project Manager with expertise in Appian BPM and database management. The ideal candidate will possess advanced capabilities in designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions utilizing the Appian platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support fellow Appian developers while collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams.
  • Design and execute intricate process models, user interfaces, integration components, and reporting tools using Appian Designer, Appian Sites, and Appian Tempo.
  • Apply industry best practices and standards for Appian development and deployment, ensuring the quality and efficiency of applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, providing assistance to end-users and clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in Appian technologies and propose enhancements for ongoing improvement.

Additional Duties:

  • Coordinate with on-site engineers and participate in client discussions.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues to senior management and clients.
  • Conduct data analysis and modeling to query Oracle databases effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of database security protocols and best practices.
  • Utilize SQL/PL SQL for creating views, joins, and other database operations.
  • Facilitate data transformation and manage data import/export processes.
  • Engage in data migration tasks as required.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and compliance efforts, participating in technical design discussions and reviewing technical documentation.
