Position: Oncology Marketing Project Coordinator

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 12 Months with Potential for Extension

Compensation: $45/hr on W2

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Experience in launching marketing products
  2. 3-5 years in project/program management
  3. Background in the pharmaceutical sector
  4. Experience in oncology

Role Overview:

This position involves ensuring effective collaboration among global, regional, and local markets regarding new oncology products. The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee and refine the Global Regional Lead (GRL) strategy, providing visibility into the evolving global commercial team meetings for the next 1-2 years.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for New Product Leads across various regions to facilitate seamless coordination with global teams.
  • Develop comprehensive communication strategies and materials to enhance engagement across global, regional, and local stakeholders.
  • Establish and integrate the oncology Enterprise Go-to-Market (EGTM) portfolio strategy, defining timelines for new product launches.
  • Identify opportunities for performance enhancement through strategic plans that accelerate execution and align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on commercial operations; oncology experience is highly desirable.
  • More than 5 years of demonstrated project/program management expertise.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
