The Spear Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of project procedures, supporting adherence to policies and procedures, and coordinating with stakeholders and client teams.
Key Responsibilities- Project Development: Assist in the development of project procedures and support the implementation of project delivery processes.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders, client teams, and field construction teams on all interactions required for project delivery.
- Change Management: Assist in the establishment and administration of change management processes.
- Project Monitoring: Support the implementation of project monitoring processes and tools to support project delivery and progress.
- Reporting and Communication: Assist in the preparation of close-out and turn-over of systems and documentation for project completion.
- Experience: 5-9 years' experience working in a project engineering role.
- Education: Degree qualified in project management, engineering (chemical/mechanical/electrical engineering) or related discipline.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills, and prior pharma experience preferred.
