Role Overview:


• Facilitate strong collaboration among global, regional, and local markets for Oncology New Product initiatives.


• Oversee and refine the Global Release Lifecycle (GRL) strategy: Track and provide insights into the evolving global commercial team (GCT) meetings for the next 1-2 years.


• Serve as the primary liaison for New Product Leads across regions/markets, ensuring efficient coordination with global teams.


• Develop communication strategies and materials to enhance Global-Regional-Local engagement and foster cross-functional teamwork.


• Establish and integrate the oncology Enterprise Go to Market (EGTM) portfolio strategy, defining timelines for new product launches.


• Identify and leverage opportunities for performance enhancement through plans that expedite execution, drive efficiencies, and align with new product and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:


• We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Marketing Oncology – New Products Team. This role is integral to the commercial organization, overseeing new product engagement across global, regional, and local levels while supporting the EGTM initiative.


• The ideal candidate will apply industry best practices to lead project management efforts, establishing a robust governance framework, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing delivery timelines, tracking, and communication.


• This collaborative role involves support across multiple functions, including Market Access, HHDDA, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Precision Medicine.


• This position reports to the Director of Global Marketing, New Product Portfolio Strategy.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:


• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and commercial operations; Oncology experience is highly preferred.


• 5+ years of demonstrated project/program management expertise and successful delivery.


• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global and regional teams and stakeholders.
