About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Contract Manager to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our Contract Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role in developing and negotiating complex enterprise agreements for Hospital Patient Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Development and Negotiation: Partner with our Hospital Patient Monitoring Sales Team to draft and negotiate high-complexity enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) contracts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create contract solutions that meet customer needs, mitigate risk, and bring value to Philips.
  • Contract Management: Understand contract content and drive related actions across all channels. Ensure contractual terms and conditions can be operationalized, and proposals and contractual documents are aligned with Philips business controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve contract processes and tools to deliver efficient contract services. Support proposal teams for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quotes (RFQs).
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex enterprise commercial contracts within a technology-based company.
  • Skills: Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts, solution-focused problem-solving, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, and experience with Salesforce, Conga/Apttus, and Adobe Sign.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, Paralegal, Certified Contract Management (CCM), or J.D. (desired).
  • Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental Job Requirements: Ability to successfully perform the minimum requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
