About the Position:
This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to provide exceptional support. The position encompasses two levels of support: Level I focuses on foundational assistance, while Level II addresses more complex technical challenges. Both levels operate under the guidance of the IT Manager and are eligible for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary resource for staff requiring technical support
  • Conduct both in-person and remote troubleshooting for a variety of IT challenges
  • Oversee and manage the IT support ticketing system
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of automated scripts
  • Install, configure, and upkeep hardware, software, and networking equipment
  • Manage asset recovery and the refurbishment of equipment
  • Provide support for company VOIP and video conferencing systems
  • Contribute to the creation of documentation and enhancements to processes
  • Respond swiftly to IT incidents and alerts


Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MacOS, iOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with computer systems, networks, and security protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-driven with robust problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline preferred but not mandatory
